Industrial films nobody clicks away from.
We produce industrial films, customer reference films and employer branding films for industrial and technology companies. Since 2019 we’ve been shooting for Siemens on three continents, as well as for thyssenkrupp and ServiceNow. Our approach: don’t explain the technology, show what it changes for people. That’s how “The Power Reset” for Siemens won the German Brand Award twice.
Communications, marketing, sales and HR teams in industry, energy, infrastructure and software, from mid-sized companies to large corporations. For websites, trade fairs, sales presentations, careers pages and LinkedIn.
What an industrial film has to do
Complex products, long decision-making processes, many audiences: procurement, engineering, management, job applicants. An industrial film has to show in its first few seconds why the subject matters to someone, and then bring everyone along. That’s why we don’t start with the product but with the people it works for: the fire brigade in Hamburg, the small town on its way to clean energy, the family with the electric car. The technology still features, right where it makes a difference.
What we produce for you
- Customer reference filmsThe customer is the hero. One to three shoot days per reference, with cutdowns, interview snippets and copy for your landing page.
- Corporate & brand filmsThe film for your website, sales team and trade fairs that lasts longer than a season.
- Employer branding & recruitingEmployees, not models, for your careers page, LinkedIn and recruiting ads.
- Commercials & campaignsA commercial with a story instead of a product demo, with versions for trade fairs and sales.
- Talk formats & expert conversationsOne shoot day, several cameras, weeks of content for LinkedIn and your website.
- Branded documentaryDocumentary formats with festival and streaming ambitions.
Shooting where the work happens
Waterworks, data centre, fireboat, headquarters: we shoot where your technology runs, with a small crew and without stopping operations. We sort out filming permits, safety requirements and on-site contacts with you before the first shoot day. Your experts don’t have to learn any lines; we interview them as equals. Approvals from communications, engineering and legal are built into the schedule, as are subtitles and language versions for international markets on request.
Energy, infrastructure and software
The energy transition, charging infrastructure, building technology and platforms stay abstract until you see what they do in everyday life. For Siemens we filmed a microgrid in California, data centres and an electric bus depot; for ServiceNow, an expert conversation with the former CIO of the Bertelsmann Group as a talk format for LinkedIn. Software can tell a story too: through the people who work with it and what changes for them.
Attracting skilled talent
In industry and engineering, a film can help decide whether someone applies. For Siemens Smart Infrastructure, we asked employees what they would show in a film about their employer, and made that film. It was planned for Switzerland and rolled out internationally, with recruiting ads on social media, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Four questions
How much does an industrial film cost?
With us, a corporate film with two shoot days costs €9,800 net (excl. VAT) at a fixed price. Reference film series, films shot at several locations or commercials with a cast start at €19,500. You get the exact price with the roadmap after the briefing, within 48 hours.
Can you shoot at our plant, and what do you need for that?
We regularly shoot where the work happens: at waterworks, in data centres, on a fireboat. You need a contact person on site and the usual approvals. We agree the shooting schedule and safety requirements in advance so operations keep running.
Our technology takes a lot of explaining. How much of it belongs in the film?
As much as your audience needs to make its decision. Data sheets, key figures and processes belong in cutdowns, infographics and copy for your landing page. The main film tells them why it’s worth reading on.
Can you shoot internationally and deliver in several languages?
Yes. We shot the reference films for Siemens in Finland, the US, India, Germany, Switzerland and France. We work in German, English and French. Subtitles and language versions are available on request.
The end of your search. The beginning of your film.
Send us three sentences about your project. You’ll hear back within one working day and get a roadmap within 48 hours.
